• Introduce new employees to HR policies, leave structures, and terms.
• Handle resignation processes and conduct exit interviews.
• Collaborate with BUs to oversee performance evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
• Schedule promotion interviews for field employees.
• Collect managers' internal evaluation sheets and HR evaluation sheets.
