Job Purpose

The West Sales P&O BP role supports the region by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of personal administration, payroll, performance management, training, events, employee benefits, administration, employee relations and facilities support. The role reports to the P&O BP for West & South.

The West Sales P&O BP role supports the region by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of personal administration, payroll, performance management, training, events, employee benefits, administration, employee relations and facilities support. The role reports to the P&O BP for West & South.

Recruitment

Key Responsibilities

• Handling end-to-end activities through interaction with recruitment consultants, screening CVs, conducting first level interviews, co-ordinating functional interviews and closure for all Sales Positions in the region.
• Handling offer negotiations and closures for Sales Officers and Assistant Manager – Sales at region.
• Co-ordinating and organizing interview for Mid-level vacancies in co-ordination with P&O & Functional Heads.

Joining & On Boarding

• Co-ordinating and ensuring completion of pre- medical examination, Background Verification, Issue of Offer letters, co-ordinate in joining /relocation in co-ordination with Admin.
• Ensuring timely completion of Joining formalities and submission of documents to HO (Details/Id card request/ Mediclaim addition/ bank account opening etc.)
• For resources on Third party roles, ensure completion of Joining formalities and addition to pay registers.
• Ensuring activation of mail id, Mediclaim, leave & salary portals, circulation of welcome mails

Payroll

• Sharing monthly attendance and payroll, new additions/resignations and ensure timely payment of salary for third party employees
• Co-ordinate for payment of bonus, incentives and queries on CTC and salaries.
• Ensuring timely completion of relieving formalities and closure, credit of Full & Final settlement.
• Extending support in PF transfer/ withdrawal

Employee Data Management

• Updating overall regional structure every month
• Update following every month
• Attrition data all pools
• Employee data all pools
• Talent review data all pools
• Updating HR server on HR records of the region

Performance Management

• Ensure timely PDP & Goal Setting
• Setting completion for all Sales position in the region.
• Ensure Mid-year review and end year review completion
• Assist in calibration and ratings finalization
• Assist in Promotion/increment process
• Issue of Promotion, increment letter

Other Responsibilities Include

• Handle induction and training sessions for new joiners.
• Co-ordinate and execute Central Training agenda.
• Handle Mediclaim addition/deletion/renewal – 3rd party employees.
• Offer required assistance to employees during Hospitalization and claim processing
• Handle engagement activities for the region.
• Handle employee grievances / queries – resolve and if required elevate to concerned ensure timely closure.
• Do exit interviews, collate relevant data, analyse and publish reports every month

Key Interfaces Will Be

• Works closely with the P&O BP (West & South), Regional Sales Manager (West), P&O and Functional Heads.
• Coordinates with recruitment consultants, administration teams, third-party service partners and employees across the region.
• Ensures regional HR transactions, services, employee support and reporting are completed accurately and on time

Job Specifications

• Master’s degree in business administration with specialization in Human Resources.
• 2–3 years of experience in an HR generalist role in the FMCG or service industry.
• English proficiency with the ability to engage business stakeholders.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee data, performance management, training, employee benefits, engagement, employee relations and exit processes.
