Job summary

Leading Life Insurance Company in Hyderabad seeks a Regional HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR processes across the region. The role focuses on recruitment, employee engagement, retention, performance culture, and resolving employee relations issues.

You will coordinate with Sales, Operations, Training and Corporate HR teams to drive manpower planning, campus hiring, and exits. Strong knowledge of HR policies and audits is essential.

Qualifications

• End-to-end regional recruitment experience, up to managerial roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, statutory norms, and audits.
• Experience in sales campus hiring and campus recruitment is a plus.
• Proven ability to analyze attrition and drive retention initiatives.
• Skilled in coordinating with Sales, Operations, Training and Corporate HR teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional manpower planning and recruitment within defined budgets and timelines.
• Drive hiring within budget and defined turn-around times (TAT).
• Conduct exit interviews and address employee concerns to improve retention.
• Implement employee engagement and OD initiatives to improve culture and performance.
• Manage disciplinary and employee relations issues in compliance with policies.

This is a Regional HR role responsible for managing and executing end-to-end HR processes across the assigned region. The role focuses on ensuring smooth HR operations, timely recruitment, employee engagement, retention, performance culture, and resolution of employee relations issues.

Main Responsibilities:

• Regional manpower planning and recruitment up to Manager level
• Ensuring hiring within budget and defined TAT
• Must have experience in Sales Hiring / Campus Hiring
• Attrition analysis and employee retention initiatives
• Conducting exit interviews and addressing employee concerns
• Driving employee engagement and OD initiatives
• Handling disciplinary and employee relations issues
• Ensuring adherence to HR policies, statutory norms, and audit requirements
• Supporting induction and employee learning initiatives
• Working closely with Sales, Operations, Training, and Corporate HR teams
