A leading multi-family office in India is hiring a Regional Head for South India, reporting to the CEO, with full P&L accountability. The role requires owning revenue and AUM targets, defining GTM strategies across South Indian states, and building client-facing teams.

Equity participation may be offered for high performers and builders in a high-growth environment. The ideal candidate has 8+ years leading client-facing teams in financial services, with private banking or wealth management

Qualifications

• Strong regional P&L and revenue targets experience.
• Background in private banking or wealth management.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver South India revenue and AUM targets with full P&L accountability.
• Define regional go-to-market strategy across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities (Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala).
• Build brand presence through industry networks, community engagement and thought leadership.
• Drive expansion into new markets and segments; build and lead client-facing teams.

• Define and execute the regional go-to-market strategy across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities (Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala)
• Build brand presence through industry networks, community engagement and thought leadership
• Drive expansion into new markets and segments; build and lead client-facing teams.

Ideal profiles

• Regional / Zonal Banking Head from private bank wealth or private banking; Senior Private Banker or Cluster Head with a UHNI book; Senior Wealth / Distribution Leader with regional P&L; NBFC or financial services Regional Head with business family relationships across South India.
• Compensation includes significant variable upside and equity participation for builders.
• No specific degree required; a strong financial services background is essential. Minimum 8 years leading client-facing teams is non-negotiable
