Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is helping a leading multi-family office recruit a Regional Head for South India.

This role reports to the CEO and carries full P&L accountability, with oversight of revenue and AUM growth across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Kerala. The ideal candidate will come from private banking or wealth management, with a proven track record of leading client-facing teams and expanding regional footprint.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years leading client-facing teams in financial services.
• Strong financial services background essential for regional leadership in South India.
• No specific degree required; relevantwealth/finance experience preferred.

A leading multi-family office is hiring a Regional Head for South India, reporting to the CEO, with full P&L accountability.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver South India revenue and AUM targets with full P&L accountability
• Define and execute the regional go-to-market strategy across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities (Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala)
• Build brand presence through industry networks, community engagement and thought leadership
• Drive expansion into new markets and segments; build and lead client-facing teams.

Ideal profiles

• Regional / Zonal Banking Head from private bank wealth or private banking; Senior Private Banker or Cluster Head with a UHNI book; Senior Wealth / Distribution Leader with regional P&L; NBFC or financial services Regional Head with business family relationships across South India.
• Compensation includes significant variable upside and equity participation for builders.
• No specific degree required; a strong financial services background is essential. Minimum 8 years leading client-facing teams is non-negotiable
