A leading multi-family office in India is seeking a Regional Head for South India, reporting to the CEO, with full P&L accountability and the mandate to grow revenue and AUM.

You will own the South India region, define the go-to-market play across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Kerala, and lead a client-facing team to build a strong UHNI book and regional market presence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading client-facing teams in financial services.
• Experience in wealth/private banking or regional leadership is essential.
• Strong track record of achieving revenue and AUM targets with regional P&L accountability.

A leading multi-family office is hiring a Regional Head for South India, reporting to the CEO, with full P&L accountability.

Key responsibilities

Ideal profiles

• Regional / Zonal Banking Head from private bank wealth or private banking; Senior Private Banker or Cluster Head with a UHNI book; Senior Wealth / Distribution Leader with regional P&L; NBFC or financial services Regional Head with business family relationships across South India.
• Compensation includes significant variable upside and equity participation for builders.
• No specific degree required; a strong financial services background is essential. Minimum 8 years leading client-facing teams is non-negotiable
