Job summary

Hidesign is seeking a retail operations leader to oversee Exclusive Brand Outlets in Mumbai. You will drive sales performance, lead merchandise planning, and ensure visual merchandising standards across stores.

The role requires people management, coordinating with back-end teams, and implementing marketing events while ensuring SOP adherence and smooth rollout of new processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations of Exclusive Brand Outlets under your control
• Drive sales performance of the outlets
• Merchandise planning to ensure stock availability at the right time and place
• Analyze stocks & sales; prepare reports to improve performance
• Ensure proper visual merchandising and high visual standards in stores
• People management: train and motivate the team to achieve targets
• Coordinate with back-end retail operations for issue resolution and support
• Implement marketing and brand promotion events
• Ensure SOPs laid out by the company are strictly adhered to in all stores
• Roll out new processes across all outlets and ensure adherence

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall operations of Exclusive Brand Outlets under your control
• Responsible for the Sales Performance of the outlets
• Merchandise Planning: Ensure that right stock is available at the right time at the right place by required analysis and planning
• Analyze stocks & sales, prepare reports to perform better
• Ensure that proper visual merchandising and high visual standards in both the stores
• People Management, train and motivate the team for performing the best and achieving the targets
• Coordinate with the back end retail operations team for resolving the issues and for providing better support
• Responsible for the implementation of Marketing and Brand promotion events
• SOPs Adherence: Making sure that SOPs laid out by the company are strictly adhered to in all the stores
• New Processes roll out & implementation- Whenever a new process is rolled out throughout all the outlets, rolling out the same in the outlets & making sure it is being adhered to
