Responsibilities

• Develop and execute residential rooftop solar sales strategies across UP & Uttarakhand.
• Lead, train and motivate in-store solar sales teams.
• Set district-wise sales targets and monitor performance.
• Drive PM Surya Ghar and rooftop solar opportunities.
• Develop customer pitches covering solar benefits, subsidies, financing/EMI and payback.
• Build an effective lead-to-installation process from lead generation to closure.
• Coordinate with EPC and installation teams for smooth project handover.
• Conduct sales reviews and maintain performance dashboards.
• Develop and implement sales campaigns, offers and incentive programs.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and regional revenue.
