Pragati Energy is hiring a Sales Manager for rooftop solar sales under PM Surya Ghar across multiple districts in central India. You will drive lead generation, manage dealer networks and coordinate portal applications, surveys and installations to close monthly targets.

The role requires handling financing options, subsidy details and customer documentation while maintaining strong client relationships and reporting performance. Local travel is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of field sales experience preferred.
• Solar, Banking, Finance, Insurance, FMCG or Real Estate sales experience preferred.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Knowledge of the local market.
• Two-wheeler and smartphone preferred.
