Job summary

Pragati Energy (A Unit of Butoo Vishal Urja Pvt. Limited) is seeking Sales Managers for residential rooftop solar sales under PM Surya Ghar across Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.

You will lead entire sales cycles, build dealer networks, explain subsidies and financing options, and drive district targets with field visits. Ideal candidates have strong communication and negotiation skills, with 15 years of field sales experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate preferred, with proven field sales experience.
• Experience in Solar, Banking, Finance, Insurance, FMCG, Automobile or Real Estate sales preferred.
• Good knowledge of PM Surya Ghar Yojana and rooftop solar systems is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer handling skills.
• Knowledge of local market and willingness to undertake regular field visits.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and achieve monthly rooftop solar sales targets in the assigned district.
• Develop business through local market visits, dealers, electricians and referrals.
• Explain rooftop solar systems, subsidies, electricity savings and financing options to customers.
• Assist customers with bank loan applications, processing and coordination.
• Coordinate with PM Surya Ghar portal applications and site surveys with technical teams.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain customer relationships.
• Submit daily and weekly sales reports and manage the complete sales cycle.

Pragati Energy (A Unit of Butoo Vishal Urja Pvt. Limited) is hiring Sales Managers for residential rooftop solar sales under PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana across Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and achieve monthly rooftop solar sales targets in the assigned district.
• Develop business through local market visits, dealers, electricians and customer referrals.
• Explain rooftop solar systems, government subsidies, electricity savings and financing options to customers.
• Assist customers with bank loan applications, processing and coordination.
• Collect and verify customer documents and coordinate PM Surya Ghar portal applications.
• Coordinate with technical teams for site surveys and solar installations.
• Ensure timely collection of advance payments, balance payments and outstanding dues.
• Maintain customer relationships and submit daily and weekly sales reports.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to installation and final payment collection.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate preferred, with 15 years of field sales experience.
• Experience in Solar, Banking, Finance, Insurance, FMCG, Automobile or Real Estate sales preferred.
• Knowledge of PM Surya Ghar Yojana and rooftop solar systems will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of the local market and surrounding areas.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle customer documentation.
• Two-wheeler and smartphone preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and willing to undertake regular field visits.
• Local candidates from the respective districts will be preferred.

Job Locations – Madhya Pradesh:

Katni, Panna, Satna, Rewa, Damoh, Tikamgarh, Jabalpur, Sidhi and Singrauli.

Job Locations – Chhattisgarh:

Mungeli, Kawardha (Kabirdham), Raipur, Ambikapur (Surguja), Korba and Pendra (Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi).

Total Locations: 15 districts/locations across Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.
