Job summary

Attero is seeking a Regional Coordinator for the South/West regions to own end-to-end operations across multiple cities. You will be the single point of accountability for SLAs, vendor performance, customer experience, and regional growth.

This is a hands-on, data-driven role requiring proactive problem solving and ownership of outcomes, across a dynamic quick-commerce and doorstep services environment.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in Quick Commerce, Hyperlocal or Doorstep services.
• MBA in Operations/SCM preferred.
• Graduate in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational performance across all assigned cities and states.
• Coordinate and monitor ground logistics fleet.
• Act as control tower — monitor order lifecycle from creation to closure daily.
• Track pending/failed pickups, aging orders, escalations, and exceptions; drive timely resolution.
• Ensure SLA, TAT, pickup success, and delivery success metrics are met.
• Drive continuous process improvements to eliminate recurring failures.

THE ROLE

We are hiring a hands-on, data-driven Regional Coordinator to own end-to-end performance across multiple cities and partners within the assigned region. You will be the single point of accountability for SLAs, vendor performance, customer experience, and regional growth.

This is not a coordination role. We want someone who proactively spots problems and finds solutions, drives closures before escalations happen, and takes complete ownership of outcomes.

What You'll Own

Regional & Central Operations

• Own end-to-end operational performance across all assigned cities and states
• Coordinate and monitor ground logistics fleet
• Act as control tower — monitor order lifecycle from creation to closure daily
• Track pending/failed pickups, aging orders, escalations, and exceptions; drive timely resolution
• Ensure SLA, TAT, pickup success, and delivery success metrics are consistently met
• Drive continuous process improvements to eliminate recurring failures

Vendor & Partner Management

• Own relationships with logistics partners, transport vendors, warehouses, and service providers
• Drive performance through structured data-backed reviews and action plans
• Ensure SLA and contractual compliance; manage escalations with clear ownership and TAT
• Conduct regular business reviews; identify gaps and implement corrective actions

Data Analytics & Insights

• Analyze operational dashboards to identify trends, root causes, and efficiency gaps
• Build and maintain performance scorecards for regions, cities, and vendors
• Translate data into actionable recommendations to improve cost, speed, and experience

Technology & Process Excellence

• Leverage platforms for visibility and control; champion adoption of new tools and dashboards
• Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to identify automation opportunities
• Enforce SOP compliance across all operational stakeholders

Field Operations & Governance

• Conduct regular field visits to partner locations, warehouses, and hubs
• Perform audits; identify operational gaps and implement fixes with accountability
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

• 4–8 years in Operations, Quick Commerce, , Hyperlocal, or doorstep services
• Proven experience managing multi-city or multi-partner operations
• Hands-on vendor and logistics partner management — mandatory
• Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
• Comfortable with large datasets, dashboards, and operational KPIs
• High ownership mindset; bias for action over escalationExceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills

Strong Plus

• Experience in startup or high-growth environments
• MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
• Background in central operations or control tower functions
