TopGear Consultants Pvt Ltd. is seeking a Regional Business Manager to lead and grow the retail network across Kerala.

Based in Kochi, you will oversee multi-store operations, drive store openings, and develop franchise partnerships while ensuring profitability and food safety compliance. We require 8–12 years of experience in Retail, FMCG, Food, QSR, or Franchise business, with proven skills in sales leadership, business development, and team management.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in Retail, FMCG, Food, QSR, or Franchise business.
• Experience in multi-store/region management and expansion.
• Willingness to travel across Kerala; food safety knowledge helpful.

Role Overview:

• Willingness to travel across Kerala.
• Malayalam, Hindi and English Mandatory.
