DataSoft Technologies is seeking a talented Recruitment Manager to support and expand its US Staffing Services business. The role emphasizes full-cycle recruitment for Engineering and Technical roles across IT, Construction, and Manufacturing domains.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in US staffing, with advanced expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS/HRIS platforms. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential to drive targets and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in recruitment management.
• 2 Advanced expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• 3 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• 4 Experience with HRMS/HRIS platforms and ATS systems.
• 5 Knowledge of US staffing processes and compliance.
• 6 Experience with end-to-end recruitment, including onboarding.
• 7 Familiarity with IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, and related domains.
• 8 Ability to design innovative recruitment strategies.
• 9 Experience with recruitment metrics and data analytics.
• 10 Proficiency with social media for talent acquisition.
• 11 Experience with RFPs including pricing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in US Recruitment/Sourcing is mandatory.
• Advanced expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, HRMS/HRIS platforms, JobDiva, and other ATS systems.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of US staffing processes and compliance requirements.
• 5–10 years of experience in recruitment management, talent acquisition, or talent strategy.
• Familiarity with technical recruitment across IT, Engineering, Corporate, Technology, Construction, Manufacturing, or Sales domains.
• Ability to design and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
• Experience with recruitment metrics, reporting, and data analytics.
• Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter/X for talent acquisition.
• Good to have: Experience working on RFPs, including pricing.
