Responsibilities

• Ensure rapid submission of qualified candidates.
• Oversee bench sales activities and consultant marketing.
• Balance individual contribution with team management.
• Track performance, submissions, interviews, offers and closures.
• Coordinate with clients, candidates, recruiters and internal teams.
• Ensure adherence to staffing processes and delivery standards.
• Understand USA/Canada tax terms, immigration, and hire types.
• Monitor daily operations, productivity and metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to achieve business targets.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle RPO and Direct staffing requirements with quick turnaround time.
• Manage client relationships and understand their staffing requirements.
• Ensure quick TAT on new requirements and timely submission of qualified candidates.
• Manage Bench Sales activities and consultant marketing.
• Handle individual contribution (IC) responsibilities along with team management.

Required Skills
