Job summary

Finovest Group in Ernakulam, Kerala, is seeking a Recruitment Head (Head of Talent Acquisition) to lead our international hiring strategy across multiple verticals. You will direct a growing team of recruiters, align with clients and BDMs, and drive end-to-end hiring excellence for GCC, Europe, and Asia.

The role requires 8–12 years in recruitment, including 4+ years in leadership, with strong ATS/CRM and LinkedIn Recruiter skills.

Qualifications

• Strong people, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with ATS/CRM tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and MS Excel for analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement recruitment strategies aligned with client needs and market benchmarks (GCC, Europe, Asia).
• Manage and mentor a team of recruiters: set targets, conduct performance reviews, and ensure SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with BDM and clients to understand role requirements, job descriptions, and selection criteria.
• Oversee end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
• Build and maintain talent pools for critical roles (engineering, healthcare, IT, hospitality, construction).
• Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate) and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with overseas employment regulations, visa processes, and client-specific onboarding requirements.
