Allps is seeking a German-speaking Recruitment Consultant to build a talent pipeline across German-speaking Europe while working remotely from India. The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, candidate assessments, and collaboration with hiring managers on international roles.

You will shape our IT talent strategy and engage with candidates and stakeholders to deliver exceptional hiring results in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers across the German speaking countries in Europe to understand and align talent needs, ensuring a deep understanding of position requirements, target audience and timelines.
• Employ innovative and strategic sourcing techniques, leveraging a variety of channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and international recruitment platforms to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and thorough candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Drive the candidate journey by managing applicant tracking, maintaining accurate candidate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, continuously enhancing your knowledge and expertise in talent acquisition.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• German language skills required, with minimum level B2 certification.
• Proven experience in international recruitment, with a focus on hiring across German speaking European countries.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, team members and stakeholders across diverse cultural backgrounds to foster collaborative relationships.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities, enabling you to develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies that attract top talent.
• Proficiency in utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms, including applicant tracking systems, job boards, social media, and online networking platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.
