Job summary

PERSOL in Pune, India is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across India, the Middle East and Africa from Global Centre Asia. You will engage with hiring managers, design job descriptions, and craft sourcing strategies to build a strong candidate pipeline.

You will lead peak sourcing efforts, use psychometric tools and assessments, and collaborate with global teams to continuously improve recruitment processes and digital solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of recruitment experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience across APAC or EMEA/IMEA recruitment.
• Proven passive candidate sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter and AIRS certification advantageous.
• Experience managing multiple searches and client relationships.
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems; Oracle advantageous.
• Ability to generate and interpret recruitment reports.

Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who will support in hiring the best talents. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will play an important role in managing the full lifecycle of recruitment activities. In this role you will be responsible for managing stakeholders and both internal and external candidates. You will also be engaged in process improvement initiatives where you will have an opportunity to share and implement your ideas.

In your role you will:

• Provide a great candidate experience and great customer service to hiring managers
• Provide end to end recruitment services for India, Middle East and Africa regions from Global Centre Asia, located in Pune India
• Support line managers in developing a job analysis, job descriptions and in understanding the overall recruitment process
• Develop Talent Acquisition and sourcing strategies that engage relevant stakeholders to increase the volume of referrals
• Actively seek and utilize unique sourcing tools to increase number of candidates in the pipeline
• Use the various pre-hire assessment tools including skills and psychometric tests
• Maintain candidates and process data within the applicant tracking system
• Demonstrate ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences and conduct candidate interviews
• Provide updates on Market Insights, Intelligence and current labour market trends
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in written form with candidates and hiring managers to understand their queries and respond to them in an effective manner
• Collaborate with colleagues within the global Talent Acquisition Team to share ideas for the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, incl. cooperation with the European Global Centre
• Work on improvement and digitalization initiatives.

The ideal candidate must possess the following:

• At least 7 years of experience within the recruitment field, with strong sourcing background required
• At least Bachelors degree required in related field (Human Resources related academic credentials preferred)
• Experience in the full life cycle of recruitment for APAC Or EMEA/IMEA regions
• Demonstrated success in passive candidate sourcing strategies: Hands-on experience with LI recruiter, Database Searches and other Social Media AIRS certification will be an advantage
• Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
• Working knowledge of applicant Tracking Systems (Oracle knowledge will be an advantage)
• Ability to generate and interpret recruitment reports
