Job summary

U3 Infotech is seeking a Recruitment Consultant specializing in the semiconductor industry to identify, engage, and place top talent across engineering, manufacturing, operations and leadership roles in APAC markets.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build strong client relationships, source niche semiconductor professionals through LinkedIn, portals, referrals and networks, and provide market insights and talent mapping to help clients hire fast.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
• Minimum 2 years recruitment experience in APAC markets, preferably semiconductor/electronics.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for semiconductor-related positions.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates through LinkedIn, portals, referrals, and networking.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
• Understand client hiring needs and provide market insights and talent mapping.
• Coordinate interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the ATS/CRM system.
• Achieve individual recruitment and business development targets.
