Job summary

FedEx is seeking an experienced Volume Hiring Recruiter to support high-volume recruitment for Customer Experience / Customer Service operations in Gurugram. The role focuses on bulk hiring, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management and joining conversions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in bulk hiring, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies while meeting targets.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience in volume/bulk hiring is mandatory or preferred.
• Experience hiring for Customer Service, Customer Experience, BPO or similar profiles.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end volume recruitment for Customer Experience/Customer Service roles.
• Handle multiple vacancies and build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Source candidates via portals, referrals, social media, databases and drives.
• Conduct bulk telephonic screening and assessments.
• Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers.
• Drive offer management and joining conversions.
• Organize bulk or walk-in drives as needed.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS with timely updates.
• Adhere to defined turnaround times and SLAs.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Volume Hiring Recruiter to support high-volume recruitment for our Customer Experience / Customer Service operations in Gurugram.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bulk hiring, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management and joining conversion. Experience hiring for customer service, BPO, contact center or international voice processes will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end volume recruitment for Customer Experience / Customer Service positions.
• Handle multiple vacancies and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to meet business hiring requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, databases, recruitment drives and other channels.
• Conduct high-volume telephonic screening and candidate assessments.
• Evaluate candidates on communication skills, customer orientation, relevant experience, stability and shift flexibility.
• Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers and business teams.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer and joining.
• Drive candidate engagement and follow-ups to maximize offer acceptance and joining ratios.
• Organize and participate in bulk hiring drives / walk-in drives as required.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular MIS and hiring updates.
• Ensure recruitment activities are completed within defined TATs.
• Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
• Build and maintain a ready talent pipeline for immediate and upcoming requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Achieve defined hiring, sourcing, conversion and joining targets.

Candidate Profile:

• 2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Prior experience in volume/bulk hiring is mandatory/preferred.
• Experience hiring for Customer Service, Customer Experience, BPO, Contact Centre, International Voice or similar profiles will be an advantage.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment requirements and multiple positions simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment/job portals.
• Willingness to work from office in Gurugram.
• Must be comfortable working in afternoon and/or night shifts.
