Job summary

Sutherland in Hyderabad is seeking a Recruiter with hands-on experience in volume hiring to support high-volume recruitment requirements. You will manage multiple positions, source at scale, and drive the hiring process within defined timelines.

The role is a 6-month contract, work mode is Work From Office (WFO) in Hyderabad, requiring a minimum 1 year in volume hiring and the ability to meet daily/weekly targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in volume hiring / bulk recruitment.
• Proven experience handling multiple vacancies and high-volume recruitment drives.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Good follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work from office in Hyderabad for the duration of the contract.

Responsibilities
