Synapse Business Systems is hiring a driven Non-IT Recruiter to join our Chandigarh onsite team. The role focuses on domestic recruitment across diverse Non-IT domains, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews to meet client needs.

The candidate should have 1-3 years of Non-IT recruitment experience, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude. Immediate joining is preferred, with the ability to start on short notice.
