Job summary

Adler Talent Solutions in India is seeking a recruiter responsible for end-to-end recruitment across India and overseas. You will design and execute hiring strategies, actively source passive candidates, screen and qualify prospects, and deliver quality candidates within defined timelines.

The role involves collaborating with the recruitment team, interviewing candidates, and using innovative sourcing approaches for permanent positions.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across India and Overseas.
• Work with the recruitment team to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies.
• Source passive candidates through research, internal and external networking, and direct outreach.
• Screen and qualify prospective candidates.
• Become the expert on where and how to attract top talent.
• Ensure delivery of assignments with quality candidates within the set TAT.
• Interview line-ups for positions assigned by clients, screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, and explaining the JD.
• Incorporate new and innovative ways of sourcing candidates for permanent assignments.
• Assist the Team Leader / Client Manager in recruitment for respective clients.
• Manage MIS / Database input, update and maintain recruitment data and records using applicant tracking systems.

The role also focuses on delivering quality candidates within defined timelines, continuous activities related to interviewing, and implementing innovative sourcing approaches for permanent positions. Additionally, the role assists the Team Leader or Client Manager in client-specific recruitment and manages recruitment data and records through CRM.

7. Incorporating new and innovative ways of sourcing candidates for perm assignments.
8. Assisting the Team Leader / Client Manager in recruitment for respective clients.
9. Managing MIS / Database.- Input, update and maintain, recruitment data and records using applicant tracking systems.
