Position Overview

The role is responsible for white-collar hiring across IT and non-IT roles for the AiXQP vertical, with a strong focus on sourcing, screening and pipeline discipline. The position requires comfort with volume hiring, trackers/MIS and coordination with training and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Outreach

• Source candidates from job portals, databases and LinkedIn.
• Use filters and basic Boolean search to identify suitable profiles.
• Maintain a daily/weekly sourcing and calling plan.

Screening & Shortlisting

• Conduct telephonic screening to assess basic fit, communication and intent.
• Shortlist candidates and line them up for interviews or assessments.
• Share timely updates with internal stakeholders.

Coordination with Operations & Training

• Align candidate schedules with assessment/training slots.
• Coordinate with operations/training teams for bulk or batch hiring.
• Ensure candidates receive timely communication on next steps.

Pipeline, Tracker & MIS Management

• Maintain accurate candidate data in Excel/Sheets or ATS.
• Update status regularly for all open positions and batches.
• Prepare simple MIS reports for hiring progress and closures.

Candidate Experience & Follow‑Up

• Ensure professional, prompt communication with candidates.
• Follow up with selected candidates till joining.
• Support documentation collection and handover to HR operations.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Experience in white-collar hiring and bulk hiring coordination.
• Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn and basic search techniques.
• Strong follow‑up discipline and documentation accuracy.
• Good communication skills and phone etiquette.
• Ability to work with numbers and maintain trackers/MIS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• HR / recruitment / talent acquisition courses (preferred).

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in white-collar recruitment across IT and non-IT roles.
