Job summary

iTCart is hiring a Recruiter – IT & Non-IT to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles in Bengaluru. You will partner with hiring managers, draft job descriptions, source candidates via portals and LinkedIn, and conduct initial screenings to build strong talent pipelines in a fast-paced AI-focused environment.

You will coordinate interviews, share feedback, and support offers while ensuring timely updates and a positive candidate experience.

Position Overview

The role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions under the AiXHub vertical. The position requires strong sourcing, screening and stakeholder management skills to build high-quality talent pipelines and close positions within defined timelines in a fast-paced, AI-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations.
• Draft and refine job descriptions in line with business needs and market standards.
• Align hiring priorities with division and company goals.

• Source candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Use Boolean search and targeted outreach to identify relevant profiles.
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines for recurring roles.

• Conduct initial screening calls to assess fit, interest and compensation.
• Shortlist candidates and share profiles with hiring managers.
• Coordinate assessments or task rounds where applicable.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal panels.
• Collect feedback and move candidates through the hiring stages.
• Support offer discussions, negotiations and post-offer follow-up until joining.

• Maintain accurate data in ATS/trackers for all mandates.
• Share periodic hiring status reports with leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Strong understanding of IT and non-IT roles and hiring channels.
• Proficiency with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing and basic Boolean search.
• Good communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and timelines.
• Attention to detail in documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment across IT and non-IT roles, preferably in an agency or fast-paced corporate environment.
