Job summary

The Human Loops is seeking a Recruiter to manage hiring for Operations, Field Teams, Corporate Functions, and other business roles. The ideal candidate should handle multiple positions, coordinate interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience from sourcing to onboarding.

You will drive a smooth end-to-end process from sourcing through onboarding, ensuring timely closures and contributing to employer branding in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 1-3 years of recruitment experience; freshers with strong communication may apply.
• Experience in volume or operations hiring is preferred.
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Operations, Field Supervisors, Team Leads, Managers, Associates, Interns, and support functions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and local channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist candidates.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate the interview process.
• Follow up with candidates and close open positions in a timely manner.
• Prepare offer letters, coordinate onboarding, and maintain joining documentation.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, interview records, and hiring reports.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure all hiring activities meet deadlines and support employer branding.

Requirements

• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment platforms.
