Job summary

Fairgrowth Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai seeks an experienced recruitment professional to manage full-cycle hiring for leadership and niche roles. You will partner with clients to build high-performing teams and drive successful placements.

You will source candidates via Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS and job portals, screen and interview for mid to leadership positions, and maintain a strong talent pipeline across Real Estate, Infrastructure, Engineering and related sectors.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years experience in Recruitment Consultancy or Executive Search preferred.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer rollout and onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job portals, social media, and professional networking.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for mid, senior, and leadership-level positions.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across Real Estate, Infrastructure, Engineering, and related industries.
• Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide regular recruitment updates.
• Negotiate offers, manage candidate engagement, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and generate recruitment reports and MIS.
• Consistently achieve hiring targets while maintaining quality and turnaround time.

Experience:

2–6 Years (Recruitment Consultancy / Executive Search experience preferred)

Preference:

Candidates residing on the Western Line for convenient commuting.

Key Responsibilities
