Job summary

Jenburkt Pharmaceuticals in Mumbai seeks a Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring operations. You will understand job descriptions, source and screen profiles from portals like Naukri, Indeed and LinkedIn, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

You will also conduct reference checks, help with compensation alignment using the grid, and manage joining and onboarding for selected candidates, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Understanding job description from hiring manager.
• Sourcing/Screening suitable profiles from sources of recruitment - Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn.
• To extrapolate sourcing effort, will be required to do reference sourcing and headhunting.
• Scheduling interviews with hiring manager.
• Scheduling Assessment of candidate session with hiring manager.
• Working out compensation fitment of selected candidates basis compensation grid and offering them.
• Managing joining and onboarding process of selected candidates.
