Job summary

Choice International is seeking an HR Recruiter/Coordinator to drive end-to-end screening, interview coordination and candidate assessment in Mumbai. You will screen resumes, conduct telephonic/video screenings, and shortlist profiles for Hiring Managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment flow.

You will also manage interview schedules, coordinate various assessment rounds, and assist with offers and pre-joining engagement to minimize dropouts and ensure timely joining.

Qualifications

• Screen resumes against job requirements.
• Conduct telephonic/video screenings to assess technical skills, communication, experience, notice period, and salary expectations.
• Shortlist suitable candidates and share profiles with Hiring Managers.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews between candidates and interview panels.
• Coordinate multiple interview rounds.
• Ensure timely feedback is collected from interviewers.
• Keep candidates informed about interview schedules and outcomes.
• Conduct HR interviews to evaluate cultural fit and behavioral competencies.
• Coordinate technical assessments, aptitude tests, psychometric assessments, or case studies wherever applicable.
• Verify candidate qualifications and employment history.
• Negotiate compensation within approved salary budgets.
• Prepare salary fitment and offer recommendations.
• Coordinate offer approvals.
• Release offer letters and explain compensation structure, benefits, and company policies.
• Maintain offer acceptance records.
• Maintain regular communication with selected candidates.
• Follow up on document submission.
• Minimize offer dropouts through continuous engagement.
• Track joining confirmations and notice period progress.
