Responsibilities

• Understand the company's manpower requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, WhatsApp groups, social media, walk-in drives, job fairs.
• Call candidates and explain the job role, salary, location, shifts, allowances, and other benefits.
• Conduct telephonic screening/interviews.
• Check candidates' experience, skills, availability, and salary expectations.
• Shortlist suitable candidates for the next round.
• Schedule and coordinate face-to-face interviews.
• Coordinate with HR, operations, and hiring managers.
