Job summary

Stylein Consultancy in India is seeking a target-driven Recruiter for bulk hiring in banking sales. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for RM/RE banking sales and ensure quick closures.

The role requires 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience, with exposure to insurance, loan, banking, and CASA sales, and you must be ready to join immediately. You will utilize job portals, social media, references, and databases; maintain candidate trackers and reports; hit daily and monthly targets.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end bulk recruitment for RM and RE banking sales positions.
• Source candidates with experience in Insurance sales, Loan sales, Banking sales, CASA sales.
• Screen candidates based on sales experience, communication skills, target achievements, and location.
• Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Meet daily and monthly hiring targets.
• Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment reports.
• Immediate availability to join is mandatory.
