Job summary

Vantage Point Consulting Inc. is hiring a Recruiter for our Rohini, Delhi office to manage end-to-end recruitment for open positions. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process from outreach through offer/closure.

The ideal candidate has 1–5+ years of recruitment experience, with strong sourcing and communication skills and willingness to work US/night shifts in a fast-paced onsite setting. Five days a week on-site in Rohini, Delhi.

Qualifications

• 1-5+ years of recruitment experience preferred.
• Experience in US/international recruitment is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and candidates simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in US/night shifts.
• 5 days work from office - Rohini, Delhi.
• This is a 100% onsite position.
• Candidates must be able to commute independently to and from the Rohini office.
• No cab/transportation facility is provided by the company.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in US/night shifts.
• Candidates residing in Rohini, North Delhi, North-West Delhi, or nearby areas will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for open positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates for skills, experience, communication, and overall fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Negotiate compensation and manage candidate expectations where required.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS/CRM.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
