Elitebutlers Hospitality Solutions in Bengaluru, Karnataka seeks a Reception & Membership Executive to be the first point of contact for members and guests. The role blends polished arrival service with warm, intuitive member care, ensuring arrivals feel effortless rather than transactional.

You will welcome members, recognise regular guests, support onboarding, and coordinate requests across Sport, Wellness, Food & Drink, and House Operations to deliver a seamless experience.

• Welcome members and guests with warmth, confidence and discretion.
• Recognise regular members and remember relevant preferences.
• Support new-member onboarding and explain the House naturally.
• Handle member requests and coordinate solutions across departments.
• Maintain accurate membership and guest information in the relevant systems.
• Coordinate with Sport, Wellness, Food & Drink and House Operations to create a seamless experience.
• Know when to engage a member and when to give them privacy.
• Notice issues before they become complaints and take ownership of getting them resolved.
• Maintain a polished, calm and welcoming reception environment.
