Job summary

BLR Realty, the real estate consulting arm of Leadschilly Technologies Pvt. Ltd., seeks a performance marketing professional in Bengaluru. You will drive homebuyer leads for ₹1.25 Cr+ projects, manage social media presence, and rapidly produce creatives and web assets using AI tools.

The role requires 1–2 years of hands-on campaign experience, proficiency with AI tools, and the ability to design compelling social content in a hybrid work setup with weekly co-working syncs.

Responsibilities

• Launch and manage Meta and Google Ads to deliver low CPL and high-intent leads.

• Sync leads into Cratio CRM, review lead quality daily with sales, and optimize campaigns.

Compensation: 3LPA - 3.6LPA (Fixed + High Incentives on Site Visits & Closed Bookings)

Experience: 1-2 Years in Performance Marketing & Social Media

The Role

Drive qualified homebuyer leads (₹1.25 Cr+ Grade-A projects) across Bengaluru, maintain our active social media presence, and leverage AI tools to rapidly produce creatives, copy, and web assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Paid Ads: Launch and manage Meta (FB/Insta) and Google Ads (Search & PMax) to deliver low CPL and high-intent leads.
• Social Media: Publish regular reels, property updates, carousels, and stories across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
• AI & Creative Production: Use ChatGPT/Claude for copy and Canva/CapCut AI for fast video and visual asset creation.
• Pipeline & CRM Quality: Sync leads instantly into Cratio CRM, review lead quality daily with the sales team, and optimize campaigns based on real-time feedback.
• Performance Tracking: Maintain weekly scorecards tracking ad spend, CPL, verified site visits, and closures.

What are we looking for

• 1 - 2 years of hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ad campaigns.
• Daily proficiency using AI tools (copy, video, image generation).
• Ability to design clean social creatives and edit short property videos quickly.
• Analytical mindset focused on CPL, lead quality, and site visits.
• Disciplined and self-driven in a hybrid work model.
• Big Plus: Ability to build and launch high-converting landing pages and micro-sites rapidly using AI web development tools (e.g., Framer, Webflow, Lovable, v0, Bolt, or WordPress AI).

Compensation

• Fixed Salary: 3LPA - 3.6LPA (Fixed + High Incentives on Site Visits & Closed Bookings)
• Site Visit Incentive: Cash bonus for every verified, completed site visit generated.
• Booking Incentive: Attractive commission/bonus on every registered property booking.
• Work Setup: Flexible remote schedule with weekly co-working day passes provided.
