Job summary

Signature Dwellings Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru is seeking a Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for our real estate projects.

This on-site role will own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, and other channels to drive qualified leads and optimize CPL/CPA for launches and ongoing sales. The candidate will collaborate with sales and creative teams, manage budgets, run A/B tests, and deliver actionable performance reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, with real estate industry experience mandatory.
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax) and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of the real estate buyer funnel (awareness to site visit to booking).
• Experience with lead tracking tools/CRMs (LeadSquared, Salesforce, or similar).
• Analytical mindset - comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, GA4, and reporting dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital channels for real estate projects.
• Own lead generation targets - track CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and ROAS across campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve performance.
• Work closely with the sales team to track lead quality and conversion from MQL to booking.
• Manage budgets across campaigns and reallocate spend based on performance data.
• Coordinate with creative/design teams for ad assets and landing pages tailored to specific projects.
• Set up and monitor tracking (UTM parameters, pixel/conversion tracking, CRM integration).
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights for leadership.
• Stay updated on real estate marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor campaigns.
• Manage marketing for property launches, pre-launch campaigns, and site visit drives.

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for our real estate projects. You will own paid media performance across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and other channels, driving qualified leads and optimizing cost per lead (CPL) and cost per acquisition (CPA) for property launches and ongoing sales. This is an on-site role based out of our Bengaluru office.

• Basic knowledge of SEO/content marketing for real estate microsites
