Justo RealFintech Limited is seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to drive channel partner acquisition, lead generation, and sales growth across assigned territories. A proactive individual will implement sourcing tactics to maximize site visits, bookings, and revenue generation.

The role requires a strong network of CPs, negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams to close deals. On-site work with growth opportunities and incentives.

Qualifications

• We require 2+ years in Real Estate Sourcing or Channel Sales with a proven track record.
• Strong network of channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Good understanding of real estate market, RERA, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Channel Partner Development: identify, onboard, manage, and strengthen CPs, brokers, and referrals.
• Sales & Revenue Generation: hit monthly/quarterly/annual targets for bookings and revenue.
• Client Engagement: coordinate site visits, presentations, and customer journey until closure.
• Market Intelligence: monitor competitors, pricing, and opportunities in the territory.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Sales, CRM, Marketing, and Finance teams to close deals.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sourcing Manager to drive channel partner acquisition, lead generation, and sales growth across assigned territories. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in real estate sourcing, a strong network of Channel Partners (CPs), and a proven ability to generate business through broker relationships and strategic sourcing initiatives.

The role requires a proactive individual who understands the overall sales strategy and can effectively implement sourcing tactics to maximize site visits, bookings, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Channel Partner Development: Identify, onboard, manage, and strengthen relationships with Channel Partners (CPs), brokers, and referral networks to generate quality leads and business.


• Sales & Revenue Generation: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for site visits, bookings, and revenue through effective sourcing strategies.


• Client Engagement: Coordinate customer site visits, conduct project presentations, manage revisits, and support the customer journey until deal closure.


• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, market developments, and identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.


• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Closing, CRM, Marketing, Customer Care, and Finance teams to ensure seamless customer experience and successful deal closures.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Achievement of monthly and quarterly booking revenue targets.


• Number of active and productive Channel Partners onboarded and managed.


• Site visits generated through Channel Partners and other sourcing activities.


• Lead-to-booking conversion ratio and overall sales productivity.


• Channel Partner engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction levels.
