Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant Real Estate / Property Acquisition / Commercial Leasing experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for identifying suitable commercial retail properties for opening new warehouse and office of our brand Ridoji.
• Location & Catchment Analysis of New Store Locations & Negotiating, acquiring and finalizing
• new properties.Negotiating final rentals, Landlord Scope of Works etc.
• Shortlist properties based on location, connectivity, budget, size, and business requirements.
• Coordinate with property owners, brokers, and real estate consultants.
• Compare multiple property options and prepare recommendations for management.
• Handle documentation and coordinate with legal/admin teams for lease agreements.
• Maintain a database of shortlisted properties and market rates.
