Job summary

Ridoji is seeking an energetic Business Development Manager to lead property sourcing and site selection for its pan-India expansion. You will own end-to-end leasing and negotiations to secure prime office spaces aligned with growth goals.

Responsibilities include scouting properties, conducting site visits, and building strong networks with owners, developers, and brokers. Travel across India will be required to drive expansion and lease finalization.

Qualifications

• 35 years of hands-on experience in property sourcing, site selection, or commercial leasing.
• Deep understanding of commercial real estate dynamics and rental market rates across key Indian cities.
• Proven track record of independently evaluating, negotiating, and finalizing lease deals.
• Strong negotiation, contract handling, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Property Sourcing: Scout, identify, and map commercial properties and office spaces across target Indian cities.
• Site Selection: Perform site visits, location feasibility studies, and spatial assessments.
• Leasing & Negotiations: Lead negotiations on rental rates, lock-in periods, deposits, and fit-out timelines.
• Relationship Management: Build networks with property owners, developers, brokers, and consultants.
• Legal & Finalization: Collaborate with legal/admin teams to complete lease documentation and contracts.
• Pipeline Tracking: Maintain a database of evaluated properties and market rent trends.

• Property Sourcing: Scout, identify, and map commercial properties and office spaces across target Indian cities.
• Site Selection: Perform site visits, location feasibility studies, and spatial assessments to ensure properties align with business requirements and budget parameters.
• Leasing & Negotiations: Lead commercial negotiations regarding rental rates, lock-in periods, security deposits, and fit-out timelines to secure optimal terms.
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong networks with local property owners, space developers, real estate consultants, and brokers.
• Legal & Finalization: Partner with internal legal and admin teams to complete lease documentation, title verification, and contract execution.
• Pipeline Tracking: Maintain an organized database of evaluated properties, market rent trends, and prospective expansion sites.
