Estate Vault Realty in East Pune is hiring a Sales Executive to handle buyer enquiries, conduct site visits and drive bookings for residential properties. You will engage prospects, explain project features and payment plans, and coordinate visits to convert interest into bookings.

The role requires 6 months to 4 years of hands-on real estate sales experience in East Pune, with strong communication and negotiation skills and willingness to travel locally for site visits.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 4 years hands-on real estate sales experience in East Pune; freshers and those from unrelated industries are not considered.
• Practical knowledge of residential projects and the local property market.
• Previous experience handling buyer calls, site visits and post-visit follow-ups.
• Good communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Call prospective buyers and understand their budget, preferred location, configuration and purchase timeline.
• Recommend suitable properties and explain project features, pricing and payment plans.
• Schedule, coordinate and personally conduct site visits.
• Follow up with clients after visits, address objections and support negotiation and booking.
• Coordinate with developer sales teams for inventory availability, cost sheets and client requirements.
• Maintain accurate lead status, client feedback and follow-up dates in the CRM.
• Work towards agreed site visit and booking targets.

Mandatory Requirement

Candidates must have more than 6 months and up to 4 years of hands-on real estate sales experience in the East Pune market. Freshers, candidates from unrelated industries and candidates with experience exclusively outside East Pune will not be considered.

• Previous experience handling buyer calls, site visits and post-visit follow-ups.
• Good communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage follow-ups independently.
• Willingness to travel locally for site visits.
