What You'll Be Doing

• Make 100-120 connected calls daily (cold + data calling)
• Engage with potential buyers and understand their needs
• Generate qualified site visits for the sales team
• Follow up consistently to convert interest into action
• Maintain call records and track performance
• Work closely with the closing team to drive revenue
• Someone who is hungry, aggressive, and performance-driven
• Comfortable with high-volume cold calling
• Strong communication and persuasion skills (English)
• Thick-skinned - rejection doesn't slow you down
• Previous experience in sales/calling/telecalling is a plus (not mandatory)
