EditBabu Studioz in Mumbai is seeking a confident and proactive B2B Sales Executive to acquire real-estate professionals as clients for our video editing, social media content, podcast editing and AI video services. The candidate will target real-estate agents, brokers, developers, property consultants, investors and coaches in MUMBAI, UAE, UK and USA.

You will identify prospects via LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and Google, build daily prospect lists, and reach out through LinkedIn DM, Instagram

Responsibilities

• Identify potential real-estate clients through LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and Google.
• Build daily prospect lists of relevant agents, brokers, developers and property professionals.
• Contact prospects through LinkedIn DM, Instagram DM, WhatsApp and email.
• Introduce EditBabu Studioz and its content/marketing services.
• Personalize pitches based on the prospect's existing content.
• Follow up with interested prospects systematically.
• Qualify leads based on their content activity, business size and requirement.
• Schedule meetings/calls between qualified prospects and the company.
• Maintain daily lead and follow-up records in Google Sheets/CRM.
• Research competitors and identify new prospecting opportunities.
• Coordinate with the creative/sales team during client conversion.

• Sales/BD/telecalling experience is an advantage.
• Real-estate industry knowledge is a plus.
• Creative understanding of Reels, podcasts and social media content is a major advantage.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
