Job summary

Suma Soft is hiring for an RCM Team Lead/Manager to join our Revenue Cycle Management team in Pune. Candidates should have 5+ years in End-to-End RCM and at least 2+ years in a leadership role. Expertise in Medical Billing, AR Follow-up, Denial Management, Payment Posting and overall RCM Operations is required.

The role is based at our Pune location with a 5-day work week and fixed weekend offs; preference for candidates willing to work in Pune or Mumbai.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in End-to-End RCM.
• 2+ years leadership as Team Lead/Manager (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Medical Billing, AR Follow-up, Denial Management, Payment Posting & RCM Operations.
