Job summary

Suma Soft is hiring a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Team Lead to join our Pune operations (Kothrud). The role focuses on end-to-end RCM processes, including medical billing, AR follow-up, denial management and payment posting.

Graduates with at least 5 years’ RCM experience are eligible. Male candidates only. Work schedule is 5 days with Saturday and Sunday fixed off; preferred locations Pune and Mumbai. This role requires leadership and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate required (Mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of End-to-End Revenue Cycle Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Medical Billing, AR Follow-up, Denial Management, Payment Posting, and RCM Operations.
