PeopleStrong seeks an experienced fabrication professional with 5-15 years of experience to lead erection activities and ensure compliance with quality standards. Expertise in fabrication techniques, welding, and materials usage is essential, along with ISO documentation responsibilities.
The role involves coordinating with engineers and internal departments, ensuring safe working conditions, and guiding a team of engineers and workers to meet monthly steel requirements and project targets.

Fabrication Fabrication & Erection Hand Finishing Precast Rebar (Civil) TMT MS Quality Management
B.Tech/B.E Master of Technology(MTECH) Diploma
Good Knowledge of Fabrication techniquesExpert in materials usage , reference codes and Welding TechniquesOptimization of Scrap & Offcuts.Monitoring the program: Planned vs. achievement as per the target.Interacting with Engineer’s representatives and internal departments.Safe working condition and safe acts of all workman, machineries etc.Quality at all the stages shall be ensured.Submission of requirement of steel on monthly basis to the Construction Manager.Documentation of all process related reports as per ISO requirements.
