Job summary

PeopleStrong requires a Civil Engineer with 4–15 years of residential project experience to supervise finishing works, formwork and coordination of subcontractors in Bengaluru.

The candidate should be able to read drawings, prepare BOQ, develop method statements and ensure safety on site while delivering on-time progress reports and client certifications.

Qualifications

• Residential project exposure with minimum 3 years.
• Able to read, detail and extract BOQ from drawings.
• Aware of formwork systems used in Construction Industry.
• Handling finishing works: brickwork, plastering, waterproofing, etc.
• Coordinate subcontractors, monitor productivity and progress, and handle subcontractor billing.

Responsibilities

• Execute works as per FQAP and method statements.
• Prepare 3-monthly, monthly, weekly and daily progress reports.
• Ensure progress aligns with reports and schedules.
• Coordinate with all departments for seamless execution.
