Job summary

PeopleStrong seeks an Engineer/Senior Engineer – Civil Execution to lead day-to-day site activities at a high-rise project. You will supervise RCC, masonry, plastering and finishing works, ensuring alignment with drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.

The role requires 5–8 years of experience in high-rise construction, proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel, and the ability to coordinate subcontractors and materials for on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) – Mandatory.
• 5–8 years of experience in high-rise building construction projects.
• Good knowledge of RCC works, structural execution, masonry, and finishing.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Understanding of construction sequencing in high-rise projects.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of basic quantity estimation and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute daily construction activities including RCC, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
• Ensure work is carried out per approved drawings, specifications, and construction methodology.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and labour teams; monitor progress and safety.
• Maintain daily progress records and site reports; assist in quantity verification for billing.
• Communicate site issues to Tower Incharge for timely resolution.
• Monitor quality compliance and perform site inspections.
