Project Site
The candidate will act as afrontline site supervisor responsible for supervising labour teams and ensuring proper execution of construction activities at site. The role involvesdaily monitoring of work progress, coordinating with subcontractors and labour teams, and supporting engineers and tower incharge in achieving construction targets with required quality and safety standards.
Supervisedaily construction activities such as RCC works, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
Ensure work is executedas per instructions from Engineers and Tower Incharge.
Monitorlabour productivity and work progress at the site.
Coordinate withlabour contractors and subcontractor teams for execution of assigned work.
Ensureproper deployment of labour, tools, and materials for daily site activities.
Maintain discipline and ensure smooth functioning of labour teams.
Assist engineers insetting out works, layout marking, and execution planning.
Ensure work is carried outas per drawings and construction guidelines.
Monitor work fronts and immediately report issues or delays.
Ensure work is performed withproper workmanship and quality standards.
Identifydefects or deviations during construction and inform engineers for corrective action.
Ensure workers followsite safety rules and use required PPE.
Maintainsafe working practices at the site and prevent unsafe activities.
Providedaily updates on work progress, labour strength, and material requirements.
Inform Engineers or Tower Incharge aboutsite challenges, delays, or technical issues.
Practical knowledge ofconstruction site operations and labour supervision
