Job summary

PeopleStrong invites applications for a Survey Engineer to be based at the Mumbai site (LNT project). The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and minimum 5 years of construction surveying experience, preferably in high-rise projects.

You will perform layout marking, level checks, and coordinate with execution teams to ensure alignment with drawings. The candidate will operate Total Station, Auto Level, and Dumpy Level, maintain benchmarks, and prepare survey documentation for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering – Mandatory
• Certification or training in Surveying / Total Station / AutoCAD / Survey Software preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction surveying, preferably in high-rise building projects

Responsibilities

• Layout & Setting Out: perform layout and setting out of columns, shear walls, beams, and slabs as per drawings
• Level Control: establish benchmarks and reference levels for construction activities
• Survey Execution: operate Total Station, Auto Level, and Dumpy Level for site measurements
• Coordination with Execution Teams: coordinate with tower incharges, engineers, and supervisors for survey needs
• Verification & Accuracy Checks: ensure alignment and dimensional accuracy; coordinate with QA/QC for survey verification
• Survey Equipment Handling: maintain and calibrate Total Station and leveling instruments
• Documentation & Records: maintain survey readings and prepare reports for project records
