Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a Manager – Formwork Execution to plan, manage, and monitor formwork systems across high-rise construction sites. The role requires strong leadership to ensure safe, efficient formwork deployment and timely project execution.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with 8–12 years of hands-on experience in formwork planning, installation, and supervision of high-rise projects, including ACS and aluminium systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• 8–12 years of experience in high-rise building construction with formwork planning and execution.
• Experience with Aluminium Formwork, Conventional Formwork, Safety Screen Climbing Systems, and Automatic Climbing Systems (ACS).

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage formwork systems for high-rise projects.
• Prepare formwork planning schedules aligned with project construction timelines.
• Oversee installation, dismantling, and shifting of formwork systems including Aluminium, Conventional, Safety Screen Climbing Systems, and ACS.
• Coordinate with Tower Incharges, Engineers, and Supervisors for proper formwork execution.
• Provide technical guidance to site teams on formwork systems and methodologies.
• Resolve technical issues related to formwork installation and cycling.
• Monitor formwork cycle time and ensure timely availability of materials.

Formwork Planning & Strategy

• Plan and manageformwork systems for high-rise building construction projects.

Execution Management

• Overseeinstallation, dismantling, and shifting of formwork systems including:Aluminium FormworkConventional FormworkSafety Screen Climbing SystemsAutomatic Climbing Systems (ACS).
• Ensure formwork execution meetsstructural, dimensional, and quality requirements.

Coordination with Site Teams

Productivity & Cycle Time Management

• Monitorformwork cycle time for slab and vertical elements.

• Ensure timely availability offormwork materials and accessories.

Safety & Quality Control

• Ensuresafe installation and operation of climbing systems and safety screens.
• Conduct inspections to verifyformwork stability, alignment, and structural safety.
• Ensure compliance withsite safety standards and best construction practices.

Vendor & Material Management

• Coordinate withformwork vendors and suppliers for technical support and system maintenance.
• Monitorformwork inventory, material condition, and maintenance requirements.

Technical Support & Training
