Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a frontline Civil Execution Supervisor for the RCF Residential project at AMN Tower, Powai, Mumbai. The role requires overseeing labour teams, ensuring proper execution of construction activities, and daily progress monitoring to meet targets with quality and safety standards.

The candidate should have ITI/Diploma in Civil or related trade, 3–10 years in high-rise building construction, and strong site supervision and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant construction trade.
• 3–10 years of experience in high-rise residential or commercial building construction.
• Candidates with strong practical site experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities (RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, plastering, finishing).
• Coordinate with labour contractors and subcontractors for execution of work.
• Monitor labour productivity and work progress at the site.
• Ensure work is executed as per engineers' instructions and drawings.
• Maintain safety and quality standards and report site challenges promptly.
