Job summary

HDFC Bank is seeking a RBB-Imperia Relationship Manager for Retail Branch Banking to acquire and manage HNI clients under the Imperia program. You will be a single point of contact, driving cross-selling, portfolio growth and retention to increase wallet share and overall profitability.

Responsibilities include identifying eligible customers with PB/Preferred RM, maintaining documentation and KYC standards, delivering quality service, and promoting direct banking channels.

Responsibilities

• HNW Portfolio Management: liaise with PB/Preferred RM, acquire new customers, enhance portfolio value, cross-sell products, achieve revenue targets.
• Operations, Marketing & Processes: ensure error-free documentation, adhere to KYC/AML norms, increase wallet share, IPGH.
• Customer Service: deliver quality service, resolve queries within TAT, inform customers of regulatory changes, promote direct banking channels, ensure smooth portfolio handover.

Responsible for acquiring and managing HNI customers under the Imperia program, enhancing relationship profitability through cross-selling, portfolio growth, and retention. Serve as a single point of contact for financial needs, increasing wallet share and overall relationship value.

Key Responsibilities

HNW Portfolio Management

• Liaise with PB/Preferred RM to identify eligible customers.
• Acquire new customers meeting product criteria.
• Enhance portfolio value and maintain hygiene parameters.
• Cross-sell bank products based on customer needs.
• Achieve monthly and yearly revenue targets.

Operations, Marketing & Processes

• Ensure error-free documentation for account opening and instructions.
• Adhere to KYC/AML norms and 5-S workstation standards.
• Increase wallet share and cross-sell bank products.
• Enhance Income Generating Product Group Holding (IPGH).

Customer Service

• Deliver quality customer service and resolve queries within TAT.
• Inform customers of regulatory or process changes.
• Promote direct banking channels for customer convenience.
• Ensure smooth portfolio handover and backup support.
